Each spatula is made from Alder wood by Henry in the country of Estonia.

Care and handling:  Hand wash with soap and warm water and wipe dry.  Do Not put in the dishwasher.  Occasionally, food grade mineral oil and a soft cloth can be used to restore the warm polished look and keep the wood in good condition.
